 Jules and I set out to walk the Sestiere San Marco and write it up for LP
I found stuff that they don't know
You cannot see the lagoon from the bridge of sighs because the view is blocked by the Doges palace

I have a photo series which has been shortlisted for the next biennale ( 2013)
I have called it the Doges of Venice
It is fantastic but in my hasselblad...
so I cannot post the collection just yet

My new best friend at the biennale office in San Marco, whom is called Beatrice Albanese, is a delight
Told me the best gelato shop in all the world is on the fundamento Zattere
Told me there are only 60,000 venetians in Venice
And also told me that if rains on the first Sunday in June it will rain for 40 days
And back in the day of the Doge he would drop a  gold ring into the laguna from the San Marco quay so as to stay married to the sea and protect his wealth

We are having a fabulous time
We have walked here there and everywhere
Tomorrow we may do the biennale exhibition and or  Buranoor the Guggenheim

We are having so much fun
It is fAntastico
The rain has stopped
The fondamenta zattere is my new home
The sky is darko
The air is warm
And the laguna is silkyio
